The 40 Year Old Virgin (2005)

Steve Carell (Andy), Catherine Keener (Trish), Paul Rudd (David), Seth Rogen (Cal)

Directed by Judd Apatow

From IMDB: "Goaded by his buddies, a nerdy guy who's never 'done the deed' only finds the pressure mounting when he meets a single mother."

Damn, that was funny.

Too many humorous places to note. I'd give everything away. Goofy, sweet, raunchy (but not gross), and surprisingingly consistent in its delivery. There were few slow, dragging parts where the plot overwhelmed the jokes. :)

"You've gotta wait till the seed grows into a plant. Then you've gotta f**k the plant"

Wise words.

I thought this was hilarious! I don't know why Republicans haven't embraced this movie--it actually shows someone waiting until marriage to have sex.
